Millie (a fearless Venezuelan filmmaker determined to succeed in Hollywood despite a tiny handicap regarding her legal status) and Hope (a formerly big shot Mexican writer with anxiety disorder) are two spoiled and confident immigrants with everything to succeed: impressive resumes, impeccable backgrounds and a dangerous combination of innocence and confidence. But when their destiny -and visas- are put on hold by Immigration Services, they decide to leave everything behind and take a cash-paid job on a Marijuana farm in Northern California.
