Fighting for her own life and the ones she loves, a Chicana in New Mexico sinks deeper into her addiction while struggling to surface for her daughter.

All the World Is Sleeping was created by seven mothers whose battles with addiction led to the creation of this story. From the birth of the script to the first shot on set, they guided the non-linear film to create a unique, cerebral and chaotic view of the growing drug epidemic. The lead actresses Melissa Barrera (In the Heights) & Jackie Cruz (Orange Is the New Black) worked alongside these survivors to make sure their words felt both represented and authentic.
