HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets can be purchased through the official NYLFF website. Select the film or event you want to attend and follow the ticketing link to complete your purchase. You can purchase for multiple events and check your shopping cart out at payment. Tickets can be presented directly from your mobile device, no printing necessary.
WHAT ARE VIP TICKETS?
VIP Tickets are a premium way to experience the New York Latino Film Festival in style, with an elevated space to network, connect, and relax before the show. Enjoy access to the NYLFF VIP Suite, complimentary drinks and bites, a dedicated VIP host, priority entry, premium seating, and more.
The VIP Suite is open for evening screenings during the week and all day on weekends, beginning one hour before your scheduled show.

I BOUGHT A PASS. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Use the pass code provided to reserve tickets in advance for the films and screenings you want to attend. Your pass does not automatically guarantee a seat, and events will sell out, so select your films ASAP.
When you arrive at the Festival, stop by the NYLFF Box Office to pick up your souvenir badge and, depending on your pass level, your official NYLFF T-shirt.
DOES MY PASS GUARANTEE ME A SEAT?
Not if you’re late. You must use your pass code to reserve a ticket for each screening you want to attend. All screenings are subject to availability, so reserve early.
ARE SEATS RESERVED?
Seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled screening or event. Grab your concessions and get relaxed. Admission and late seating are not guaranteed after the published start time, and unclaimed seats may be released.
WHAT IF A SCREENING IS SOLD OUT?
Don’t give up and come to the box office at Regal Union Square. Additional tickets may become available right before showtime due to cancellations or released holds.
WHAT IS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
All ticket sales are final unless a screening or event is canceled by NYLFF. Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
ARE THERE FILMMAKER Q&As OR TALENT APPEARANCES?
Yes, however Filmmaker, cast, and special guest appearances are subject to change without notice.
ARE FREE EVENTS GUARANTEED ADMISSION?
No. Free events and RSVP registrations may be subject to venue capacity and first-come, first-served admission. Arrive early.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
Yes, but please use your discretion. Most NYLFF films are not officially rated, and while some are family-friendly, some may include mature themes or content. We recommend reviewing the film synopsis and trailer before purchasing tickets to determine if the film is appropriate.
WHERE DO NYLFF EVENTS TAKE PLACE?
NYLFF takes place at multiple venues throughout New York City. Always check your ticket or event listing for the correct date, time, and location before heading out.
CAN’T FIND YOUR TICKET OR PASS CODE?
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure you’re checking the email address used for your purchase. If you still can’t locate it, contact NYLFF ticketing support, Boxoffice@NYLatinoFilmFestival.com with your name, email, and order information.
