This heartfelt, slice-of-life comedy about two exes stuck living together after a global pandemic puts their lives on pause is based on the real-life friendship between its directors, writers, and co-stars Rafael Albarran and Trent Kendrick. Poignant, hilarious, and punctuated with some soul-stirring musical interludes, this is a story of sex, drag, families of choice and origin, the fluidity of identity, and what it means to find yourself. 

Ex-boyfriends Max and Rafael (played by Kendrick & Albarran), who have not seen each other in five years, unexpectedly reunite when the COVID-19 pandemic forces them into quarantine together. Max, now a freelance editor in Los Angeles, has built a new life with his fitness instructor boyfriend, Hunter. Meanwhile, Rafael has embraced their non-binary identity and is pursuing a passion for drag, aspiring to become a drag superstar.
