A night of tragedy sets off a chain of unfortunate events that forces a group of  mysterious individuals to come to terms with their true nature. Meanwhile, across town a tenacious photojournalist in search of her missing sister has discovered the existence of these and other creatures that walk among us. Based on the series of the same name, this short story is a bite into the cryptic and sensual universe of Nycto.
