When aging rappers Trigg and Savy get kicked off a regional music tour they must find a way to come up with the rent money that is already months overdue. “Dreams & Schemes” is an antholgy series that chronicles the various plights of a multitude of New Yorkers as they face issues stemming from the housing crisis, gentrification and a rapidly changing city that is always on the brink of shedding it’s skin of the past.
