Hilarious and high energy, Rick “Wind” Herrera’s semi-autobiographical one man show pays homage to John Leguizamo’s shock performance piece Freak. In The Naked Truth Rick takes us on a funny and honest ride about his life growing up in the Brooklyn projects. Equal parts humorous, dramatic and therapeutic, Rick’s story connects with the audience on a personal- at times familial level- raw in his elucidation of how he learned to “find the funny in pain.”
